Sailor Neptune (Cosmic Fantasy)

My good friend and super talented designer Mara created a variation on the sailor fuku which she called "Cosmic Fantasy", and asked me to be her Neptune. My only problem with this costume is that the boots I bought really hurt my feet after about 30 minutes of wearing them ;_; I need to get new ones, but I had a difficult time finding fabric that would work for the boot covers (shades of teal aren't always easy to get) and I don't know when I'll wear this costume again so for now the painful boots stay. I changed my wig from the shorter style to a longer, more curly style and tested it out with this costume. I love the new wig, the only problem is that it has quite a bit of volume and sometimes I feel like it's eating my head ^^;
